The rooms, although a good size and with a glass window overlooking the mall, face challenges with noise from outside and the air conditioning units along the walkway. The staff are attentive to clients' needs, accommodating, and responsive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining options, while having delectable dishes, could benefit from a wider selection, especially for breakfast. The facilities are good overall, although some noise disruptions can occur due to the proximity of the parking area.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the room's location next to the parking area and the view of the car park from the rattily windows. The cleanliness was okay, but for the price paid, I expected more. The layout with a living room on the ground floor and another room upstairs was above average. The bathroom was very spacious, but the walkway with the air conditioning units was not ideal due to the heat emitted.
